FASTek Solutions has provided solutions to meet the demand of new customers in LifeSafer’s growing market. We have consolidated and improved many of their business processes related to their monitoring and reporting system to deter drunk driving. This solution provides LifeSafer with the tools to manage clients, their appointments for service, printed government documentation, electronic submission of documentation, inventory management of over 35,000 units nationwide, and service center software to install and monitor interlock devices. This is a distributed network of providers. Therefore, both on and off-line systems were needed. We have improved processes that allow LifeSafer to offer industry-leading quick and reliable service.

FASTek Solutions provided the technical expertise that Kendle had a real need for. As time goes on, we continue to supplement their development staff and help to deliver a quality product. The final delivery of this quality product will, in essence, save Kendle millions of dollars by enabling research associates to deliver reports faster. We also provided a system in which Kendle can allow the monitoring sites to enter clinical information directly into the TrialBase Study management tool. Thus reducing the amount of time normally needed by data entry operators for manual entry. Custom development as well as off-the-shelf software were used on this project. The finished product lowered the operating cost of drug studies processed by Kendle.

Our consultants provided the Cincinnati Fire Department with a solution to their manual scheduling system. The manual system required many hours per day to manage. We also provided a solution to the manual process of allocating vacation time. The manual system required 8 weeks per year to manage. Our solution allows the fire fighters to use a web based system to actually enter their own requests and chiefs can manage the schedule from this one central system. The vacation allocation system allows the same web-based entry and processes all requests based on a varying set of rules within 10 minutes. Both systems have helped the fire department save time, money, and hardship.

We provided entire life cycle management for the TVG corporate web solution. This solution included: web based invoice management, online lease documents, full online administration, Ad Hoc reporting for both customers and internal users,and complete web based corporate workflow management system.
